I found an item

If you notice an item left in your vehicle, please let us know. We’ll try to connect you with the rider so you can arrange a mutually convenient time and place to return the item.

Riders can call you through the app without seeing your personal phone number. If you’d prefer to get a text message, we can send them your personal number, but know that they’ll have this number indefinitely, or as long as they choose to hold on to it.

To report a lost item:

  1. Select the trip where the item was left behind. If you’re not sure which trip the item was left on, select the earliest likely trip.
