Delivery confirmation with PIN feature

What is a delivery PIN? * A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique number used to confirm successful deliveries * If a PIN is needed, we’ll let you know. Customers will have their PIN to share upon delivery. * Request the customer’s PIN upon arrival to confirm delivery. After entering the PIN, you can mark the order as delivered. * Remember, not all deliveries require a PIN.

Why do I need a PIN?

We use a PIN to ensure the delivery reaches the correct person, adding an extra layer of security.

Customer can’t find their PIN or it’s incorrect? Receiver won’t provide a PIN? * Select “I need help” in the app, followed by “Can’t confirm PIN” to reach out to the customer. * They can give you the PIN or the last four digits of their phone number to finalize the delivery * If you still can’t confirm the PIN, contact the sender or receiver to authorize delivery without PIN verification. Then, you can complete the delivery by selecting “Deliver without PIN.”
