The Area Preferences feature allows you to receive trip requests that start and end within your chosen area.
To access the Area Preferences feature, navigate to the Trip Planner section of your app. Please note that to use this feature, you must be physically present in the area you wish to drive in. Once you are in your preferred area, you can select it in the app.
Tap the 'Save' button after making any changes to ensure they are applied.
To receive requests from outside your preferred area, you can disable the Area Preferences feature. You can do this in the Trip Planner section of the app.
The areas available in the app are predefined and cannot be adjusted. If any changes are made to these predefined areas in the future based on feedback, they will be reflected in the app.
If you have set a preferred area, the app will remember this until you go offline. Once you go offline, the system will automatically reset your area preference selections.
If the Area Preferences feature is not visible in your app, ensure you have the most recent version of the Driver app. You can update the app via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
