Getting payments

  • You’ll typically receive your payment 2-3 days after the end of the weekly cycle
  • If your payment hasn’t arrived after this period, check if your banking details are up-to-date and correct

Issue with my payment

  • If a payment fails, your account balance will show the unpaid amount, indicating that we haven’t processed the payment

Needing support

  • If you’re still having trouble with a payment, you can set up an appointment for help
  • Remember, if your session times out, you’ll need to sign in again to schedule your appointment
