Payments statements cover all trips made in a weekly cycle, from 4:00 am Monday till 4:00 am the following Monday. If the trip ended after 4:00 am on Monday, it may not appear until the next payment statement.
If you think that the payment for one week is incorrect, please let us know. If you have questions about the missing bonus, warranty, referral or weekly payment - we'll check it for you!
If you don't see trip in your payment statement, try to locate it in the TRIP HISTORY - through the application or by logging on partners.uber.com.
