How do I cancel my Uber One membership?

You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.

In the Uber app:

1. Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.
2. Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.

Membership renews automatically. Subject to consumer laws, the monthly/annual fee is non-refundable once charged to you. You can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app, unless you are within 48 hours of your renewal date, in which case you will need to contact support.

Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.
