You can schedule a ride up to 30 days in advance with a Reserve request, and the request can be canceled without charge up to 1 hour before the start of the ride.
Riders can cancel a Reserve trip an hour before the trip starts, and it will not be charged for any fare.
However, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee if the request is canceled within an hour of the scheduled start time. The cancellation fee will be NT$150 for Uber Black, and NT$120 for other product options.
All drivers of Reserve trips are pre-dispatched and will arrive at the pick-up location earlier or on time (within 1 minute from the scheduled time). When the driver has arrived and “waits for more than 5 minutes”, you have to pay the cancellation fee whether the trip is canceled by you or the driver.
