Is my ticket personal?
Wanting to know if your ticket can be used by someone else? Unfortunately this is not possible with Megabus bookings. Every ticket specifies the name of the passenger and this person will need to travel with ID.
What travel classes are available?
There is only one standard class available with Megabus. All seats are equipped with charging points and WiFi.
Do I need to reserve a seat?
No seats will be assigned on your Megabus ticket. You can choose your seat when boarding on a first come-first serve basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Megabus tickets can be used on mobile devices and do not need to be printed, unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email. You can also download your ticket on the Omio app should you wish.
If you want to print your ticket, you can of course do so before arriving at the bus stop and travel with your paper ticket.
Accessibility and Additional Assistance
If you require additional assistance, Megabus recommend that you contact them at least 36 hours before you intend to travel to make the necessary arrangements.
Age of Travellers
Tickets are all priced the same regardless of age.
Discount cards
Megabus discount cards are unfortunately not supported by Omio at the moment.
