Someone I know forgot a cell phone or other item on an Uber ride

If someone you know lost their cell phone or other item on a trip, you can contact the Driver by logging on to help.uber.com from a computer or borrowed phone.

Then follow these instructions:

  1. Press the “Account” button.
  2. Select the “Help” button.
  3. Determine the trip on which you forgot the object.
  4. Enter the “Find lost item” section.

If the User cannot log in, you can help them report their lost item by filling out the following form:
