You'll be able to see restaurants that offer Pickup as a dining option by tapping on the Pickup tab of the Uber Eats home screen.
Each restaurant's dining options will be shown on their menu as well as the estimated delivery/pickup time.
You'll be asked to confirm your dining mode before confirming your order so you can update your dining option here if needed.

How do I order Pick-up?
When you open the Uber Eats app, choose the dining mode “Pick-up” and select whether it will be an ASAP or scheduled order in the upper left-hand corner. You’ll then be able to see the prep time, restaurant distance, price, and rating for Restaurants with a Pick-up option.
In your cart, you can change dining modes at the check out screen by tapping on the mode. Once you’ve placed a Pick-up order, you’ll be notified when the Restaurant accepts the order, the estimated time the order will be ready, and when the order is ready for Pick-up.

Every order has an order identification number. When you pick up the order, you should verify your order identification number with the Restaurant. The order identification number is located at the top of the tracking screen underneath your first name and last initial and on the receipt below the date.
