My promo code didn't apply

HOW DO WE MAKE PROMO CODES WORK?

When using a promotion, please keep the following in mind:

- Promo codes must be applied BEFORE placing your order, they can NOT be applied AFTER placing your order.
- No effort is required to avail restaurant specific promo codes.
- The highest value promo code gets auto-selected in your cart.
- If two promo codes have the same value, your app auto-selects the promo code with the earliest expiration date in the cart.
- Some promo codes are subjected to specific cities, states, countries, expiration dates, etc. You can find all of this mentioned under the "Promotions" tab.
- Promotions can't be combined - only one code can be applied to an order.
- Certain promo codes may only apply for certain user types. For instance, some codes are meant only for new Uber Eats users.
- Uber Rides promo codes can not apply to Uber Eats.

CHECK POINTS TO REMEMBER:

- Certain promo codes have been temporarily disabled for new users. If you are trying to apply a promo code and have not placed any order yet, the promo code may not apply. Please select the 'i' icon to ensure your promo code is valid before placing your next order.
