Eats Pass is a membership program where members pay a monthly fee for benefits, including 0€ delivery fees on orders that meet a minimum amount from eligible restaurants.
To see if an order is eligible for Eats Pass benefits, look for the green ticket icon underneath the merchant's name.
To search for merchants with the green ticket icon, turn on the Eats Pass filter.
In the Uber Eats app:
1. Go to the home screen.
2. Tap the Eats Pass filter at the top.
On ubereats.com:
1. Search for a merchant or category in the search bar.
2. Turn on the Eats Pass filter on the left.
HOW MUCH DOES EATS PASS COST?
Eats Pass has a membership price of 5.99€ monthly.
The minimum basket size (food cost) for the Eats Pass discount to be applied is 12€ . If you are an Eats Pass holder but your order does not meet the minimum basket subtotal, your Eats Pass benefits will not apply.
All prices will be shown on the checkout screen. Please, keep in mind that service fee will still apply.
HOW DOES EATS PASS WORK?
When an Eats Pass holder places an order, it is dispatched to the restaurant and the courier just like any other order.
CAN I CANCEL THE EATS PASS SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes! Cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your next scheduled payment. Otherwise, you'll be charged for the next cycle.
You can cancel the subscription directly in the app. Go to the Eats Pass hub and turn off auto-renew.
HOW DO I PURCHASE EATS PASS?
You can purchase Eats Pass directly in the Uber Eats app:
1. Tap the profile icon that appears on the bottom menu bar to access your account view.
2. Tap "Eats Pass".
