You can always cancel your membership in app or online. Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle.

If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support below.
If you’re on a free trial of Uber One or a paused member, your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
