Your cash fare may be higher than expected for one of several reasons:
1. If you have an outstanding balance from a previous cash trip that was not paid in full when completed, a pending payment is added to your account and then charged on your next cash trip.
2. If you were previously charged a cancellation fee, this would be added to your account balance.
3. Technical issues may have caused your fare to be incorrectly calculated. This is rare.
