Changes to Uber One

What’s changing in my Uber One membership?

We’re evolving the program to bring you enhanced value, including expanded access to $0 Delivery Fee merchants and access to upcoming travel benefits. As part of these changes, minimum basket size requirements will now vary and may be higher or lower than the minimum basket size amounts that you are currently used to seeing. You may also see additional fees across Uber Eats on certain orders outside of your standard delivery area or during high demand times. Your minimum basket size will be displayed on the storefront before you place your order. These changes will take effect on June 1, 2025.

How will I know the minimum basket size for $0 Delivery Fee?

You’ll see the specific minimum basket amount required for your order in the app before you place it. This amount may vary based on delivery distance, time of day, or other factors.

Why am I seeing new or higher fees on my Uber Eats order?

Some orders outside your standard delivery area or during peak times may include new, additional fees. These will always be shown upfront before you place your order. You can also see more information about fees across our app by visiting our What fees may apply to my order? page.

Are my Uber One benefits going away?

No. You will still enjoy core Uber One benefits like $0 Delivery Fee on eligible orders, reduction in fees, and exclusive member offers. Some benefits may be described differently from what you are used to seeing in the app as we improve the experience.

Where can I see all my Uber One benefits?

You can view your benefits at any time in the Uber or Uber Eats app by tapping your profile, selecting “Uber One,” and reviewing the benefits section.

How do I cancel my Uber One membership?

You can cancel anytime in the app. Go to your Uber One account, tap “Manage membership,” and select “End membership.” No further charges will apply after your current billing cycle ends. Why did the way benefits are shown in the app change?

We’re improving how we communicate benefit eligibility and pricing to give you more clarity. You’ll now see applicable minimums and fees clearly before confirming any order.
