Contact us through Uber app
(1) Tap the three menu bar icon on the top left corner, then select 'Your Trips'
(2) Under "Past" trips, select the cancelled trip
(3) Select "Help"
(4) Select "Review my cancellation fee" under 'Help'
(5) Select the appropriate reason for cancellation and submit to complete your request for cancellation fee adjustment.
-If you were charged a cancellation fee, it will show on your receipt
-If you were not charged a cancellation fee, the trip fare will show as 0
