Once you have arrived at the delivery address, any customer dropoff notes/requests (eg. intercom, floor number, etc.) will be visible on the app navigation screen.
If the customer is not at the location when you arrive, or their address is unclear in the app, you can contact them via the Driver app. If they don't answer your call, you can leave a voicemail or use the messaging feature in the app.
HOW TO USE TO THE DRIVER APP TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER
1. Tap the trip details bar at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap the phone/message icon next to the customer's name
3. Select the phone call or messaging option
If you're still unable to get in touch with your customer after arriving at the drop off location, you can follow the in-app instructions to cancel the delivery trip. Once the timer has expired, you'll be able to receive your next delivery request.
