How to request a refund of purchased Uber Money?

You may at all times request us to partially or fully refund your Uber Money balance.

Please note the following:

1. This applies only to purchases of Uber Money, and does not apply to voucher codes or Uber Credits you received from promotional credits, Gift Cards or other sources of Uber Credits. If you would like to request a withdrawal of the purchased Gift Card, please click here.
2. You can only request us to refund your unused Uber Money balance.
3. You can also request us to withdraw a specific top-up transaction.
