How to request a refund of Uber credits you purchased

If you have unused Uber credits from a credit purchase, you may be able to request a refund.

Please note:

  1. This applies only to purchased Uber credits, NOT Uber gift card purchases, promotional or other credits. Uber gift card purchases, promotional credits, and other types of credits that were not purchased are not refundable.
  2. We can only refund $5 or more of unused credits from a purchase (not including bonus credits).
  3. Your bonus credits cannot be refunded and will be removed from your account.
