If you want to subscribe to Uber One, you can go to Uber Eats app and choose “monthly plan” or “annual plan”. Currently only available for payment by credit card.
Here are some common reasons why you are unable to subscribe to Uber One.
Existing Eats Pass or Uber Pass members are entitled to free-of-charge membership upgrades.
Monthly Plan members (Eats / Uber Pass) will begin to migrate to Uber One at the next billing cycle, starting from 8 November 2022.
Eats Pass - Annual Plan will be migrated to Uber One latest by 1 January 2023. For the exact upgrade date, please check in-app announcements.
You’ll only be able to purchase Uber One 3 days after membership was refunded.
If you’re unable to purchase Uber One, please make sure your app is up to date before you try to enroll or purchase the membership.
