When you start a delivery, any dropoff notes/requests provided by the customer will be visible on the app navigation screen.
This includes whether the customer would prefer the order left at the door, curbside delivery, or door-to-door delivery.
If you are not able to find the customer when you arrive at the delivery address, you can contact them via the Driver app. If they don't answer your call, you can leave a voicemail or use the messaging feature in the app.
HOW TO USE TO THE DRIVER APP TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER
1. Tap the trip details bar at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap the phone/message icon next to the customer's name
3. Select the phone call or messaging option
If you're still unable to get in touch with your customer after arriving at the drop off location, you can cancel the delivery trip in the Driver app instructions to cancel the delivery trip. Once the timer has expired, you'll be able to receive your next delivery request.
