I have pending or a duplicate charge

If you paid cash for your non-cash (previous) trip and your Uber app shows a pending charge, please go back to the Help section and refer to the following:

  1. Select “Help with a trip”.
  2. Select the trip of your choice.
  3. Tap on “I paid extra cash (or) cash directly to the driver” to share details of the trip.

If you have an outstanding charge from a previous trip or if your account shows two identical charges of the same amount for a trip, use the below form to share details to help us investigate the issue.
