I'm not receiving mobile verification texts

If you are having issues verifying your mobile number make sure that you have the correct phone number on your account.

If you are not getting the verification code, you can:

1. Resend the verification code by retyping your preferred mobile number in the phone number tab.
2. You will be prompted to enter the verification code sent to you via SMS. This SMS may take several minutes to be delivered.

- Contact your phone carrier directly, to confirm short-code SMS is enabled for your account.
