You're in safe hands when you ride with Uber
Sometimes accidents happen on the road. Even on the safest trips. From 1st August 2018 you are protected from the financial cost of injury (including emergency medical treatment) if you're in an accident while on an Uber trip.
This insurance from AIG is paid for by Uber, at no cost to you.
Now you know you're protected on-trip, just in case.
How do I submit a claim?
In the event you've been in an accident and think you might have a claim, please submit a claim via one of the following channels:
- By telephone to AIG Insurance Claims department on 0860 113 522
- In writing to AIG Insurance: uberclaims@aig.com
Covers while on-Trip include:
- Accidental Death or Disability
- Emergency Medical Treatment following an accident
- Hospital Confinement Payment
- Loss/Damage to possessions
