My Uber One discount didn't apply

Uber One subscribers receive the following benefits:

• A minimum order amount applies to qualify for £0 Delivery Fee and reduced Service Fees across participating restaurants and merchants. You will see the minimum amount applicable to your order before you place your order. The minimum basket size required for benefits to apply may change from time to time, and excludes fees or promotions on the order.
• Members are more likely to be paired with top-rated Drivers.

In addition, you receive 5% of the fare of economy reserve trips and 10% of the fare in premium reserve trips in Uber One credits credited to your Uber account after each ride. Uber One credits can be used in the Uber Eats and Rides app.

Other fees, including a service fee and taxes may still apply.
