To navigate the app menu with VoiceOver, open your app and double tap the top left of your screen to open the menu. The following options appear from top to bottom:
Your trips - this section lists your past rides, or you can see upcoming, scheduled rides. Use three fingers to swipe through your ride history. Select one to get help with a trip, submit feedback, or view a trip receipt.
Wallet - in this section you can add or update a payment method
Help - search through articles to answer your questions. You can also submit feedback about accessibility features in this section.
Free rides - use the personal Invite code stored in this section to invite others to use the app
Settings - update your contact information, set favorite locations like home or work, or add contacts to quickly share your location with before or during a trip
If you have accessibility-related questions or feedback, you can contact us by tapping "Accessibility" in the "Help" section of the menu. Report any other trip-related issue by selecting the specific trip from the "Your Trips" section of the menu. From the next screen, you can choose from a variety of options to report an issue.
