By entering your ROC ID card number/passport number (applicable for foreigners) or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and that if needed, Uber Formosa Limited and its contractual Rental Car Partner ("RCP") may use, collect, process, utilize, share and verify your personal data in compliance with relevant regulations.
You acknowledge and understand that Uber and RPC are in compliance with Articles 100 and 101 of the Automobile Transportation Management Regulations, and you confirm that you may not be able to use the Uber App and promotion code if you do not update your account profile (including ID Card number) in a timely manner.
