Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once. This Offer is provided by the Uber app to its users applicable to selected trip options on the app. For clarity, Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app.
Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first. You can decide whether to redeem an Offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this Offer and the Promo Code.
Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer and the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user.
If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
