Uber Rewards is ending on November 1, 2022. You’ll continue to earn points through 31 August and can redeem your points until 1st November 2022.
Nothing is replacing Uber Rewards. However, we’ve built out a great membership program called Uber One, so if you’re interested in perks like $0 Delivery Fee on Uber Eats, 10% off rides, and more, you can learn more about Uber One here.
Phone support for Diamond users will continue through the end of the year. All other benefits can be redeemed until August 31st, 2022. Points can be redeemed until 1st November 2022. How can I redeem my points?
Follow the steps below to redeem your points: * Open your in-app menu. * Tap “Uber Rewards.” * Choose a reward from the available options.
To view the history of your reward choices, tap “History.”
To check your current point total, look for Uber Rewards in the Account section of your Uber app.
Remember, you’ll be able to earn points through 31 August 2022 and redeem them until 1st November 2022. You can see how many points you’ve earned on a ride on your trip receipts under Total Fare.
All redemptions are final.
Rewards redeemed by 1st November 2022 will be eligible until they expire. In most cases, rewards expire 28 days after they’re chosen.
Uber Rewards within the Uber app should be redeemed by 1st November 2022. If you have issues redeeming a third-party reward, please contact that company. They’ll have the most up-to-date information on their redemption process. See third-party rewards benefit terms in app for details.
