What are the Uber perks for LiveUp members?

LiveUp members can enjoy the following perks with Uber:

  1. 10th Trip Free: For every 9 trips you take with Uber, you get the 10th trip free. The 10th trip is capped at S$10 and is valid up to 12 times per year.
  2. VIP vehicle: LiveUp members get access to the exclusive option to ride with highly rated drivers at UberX prices. Select LiveUp VIP when you request a ride.
  3. $0 delivery fee on orders: LiveUp members are eligible for a S$3 delivery fee refund when their order is greater than S$35. A discount will be applied to your next order and reflected in your email receipt, up to 4 refunds per calendar month.

How do I get the Uber x LiveUp perks?

  1. Sign up to be a LiveUp member.
  2. Create your Uber account through the invitation link in the LiveUp welcome email. If you’re an existing Uber user, connect your Uber account to your LiveUp profile. Whether you are a new or existing Uber user, make sure you use the same mobile number for Uber and LiveUp.
  3. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Uber apps.
  4. You’re all set to enjoy the perks with Uber and Uber Eats.

How long do the Uber x LiveUp perks last?

You can enjoy the perks as long as you remain an Uber and LiveUp member.

Who qualifies for Uber x LiveUp perks?

All Uber users, new or existing, who are also active LiveUp members can enjoy the perks. However, trips made through Family or Business Profiles are not eligible.

Which Uber services are eligible for the free 10th trip?

Any transportation service with Uber that you use in Singapore, including UberX, UberXL, UberX Share, UberExec, and LiveUp VIP, is eligible for the 10th Trip Free perk, except TAXI.

Do I have to pay more for a LiveUp VIP vehicle?

Not at all. Fares for LiveUp VIP are calculated as usual based on UberX fares. There is no difference between this and an UberX trip, other than that you are matched with a highly rated driver.

How do I track my progress toward my free 10th trip?

Whenever you request a new trip, a progress bar will show your progress toward your next free trip, up to S$10.

Why am I not getting my free 10th trip?

First, make sure that:

  • You created your Uber account through the LiveUp link, or you connected your existing Uber account to your LiveUp membership.
  • Your mobile number is the same for Uber and LiveUp.
  • Your LiveUp membership was active when the Uber trips were taken.
  • You completed 9 trips to get the 10th trip free, up to S$10.
  • All 9 trips were taken in Singapore.
  • The 10th trip is taken in Singapore to get S$10 off.
