1. "10th Trip Free": For every 9 trips you take with Uber, you get the 10th ride for free. (The 10th ride is capped at S$10. Valid up to 12 times per year).
2. VIP vehicle: LiveUp members get access to the exclusive option to ride with our best-serving drivers-partners at UberX prices. Simply select "LiveUp VIP" when you request a ride.
3. Free Delivery on UberEATS: LiveUp members are entitled to a S$3 delivery fee refund when your order is greater than S$35. A discount will be applied on your next UberEATS order and reflect in your email receipt (up to 4 refunds per calendar month).
HOW TO GET THE UBER X LIVEUP BENEFITS?
1: Sign up to be a LiveUp member.
2: Sign up for your Uber account through the invitation link in LiveUp welcome email. Or connect your Uber account to your LiveUp profile, if you are an existing Uber user. Whether you are a new or existing Uber user, make sure you register with the same mobile number for Uber and LiveUp.
3: Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Uber apps.
4: You are all set to enjoy the benefits with Uber and UberEATS!
HOW LONG DO THE UBER X LIVEUP BENEFITS LAST?
You can enjoy the benefits as long as you remain an Uber and LiveUp member.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR UBER X LIVEUP BENEFITS?
All Uber users (new or existing) who are also active LiveUp members can enjoy the benefits. However, trips made to Family or Business Profiles are not eligible to the benefits.
WHICH UBER SERVICES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FREE 10TH TRIP?
Any transportation service with Uber that you use in Singapore (uberX, UberXL, uberPOOL, UberExec, LiveUp VIP) is eligible for the "10th Trip Free" benefit, except for TAXI.
DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR LIVEUP VIP VEHICLE?
Not at all! Trip fares for LiveUp VIP are calculated as per usual based on UberX fares. There is no difference between this and an UberX ride, other than that you are promised a best-serving, top-rated Uber driver-partner.
HOW TO TRACK MY PROGRESS TO MY FREE 10TH TRIP?
Whenever you request a new trip, a progress bar will show your progress to your next free trip up to S$10.
WHY AM I NOT GETTING MY FREE 10TH TRIP?
Please first to make sure that:
- You signed up for Uber through LiveUp link, or you have connected your existing Uber account to your LiveUp membership.
- Your mobile number in profile is the same for Uber and LiveUp.
- Your LiveUp membership has been active when the Uber trips were taken.
- You need to complete 9 trips in order to get the 10th free, up to S$10.
- All the 9 trips need to be taken in Singapore.
- The 10th trip needs to be taken in Singapore to get S$10 off.
If you have checked all these points and still did not get the free trip, please share more info below for us to investigate the issue. We will make sure to get you the benefits you deserve.
