Rakuten Point is only available when you select Rakuten Pay as your payment method. You can also earn Rakuten Points by paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Point, Rakuten Cash.
To use Rakuten Point, add Rakuten Pay to your payment method on the Uber Eats app first.
The number and limit of Rakuten Points and Rakuten Cash can be set on the Uber Eats app only for the first time use.
You can re-set them from the web settings page of your Rakuten account. For more details, please refer to Rakuten Pay FAQ or contact Rakuten Customer Support.
Rakuten Points usage and Rakuten Point earning history cannot be viewed through the Uber Eats app or your order receipt.
You can check your Rakuten Pay history in your order receipt email after placing an order or on the Rakuten Website.

Note: - Please note the order older than 30 days will not accept the refund at all for Rakuten Pay order. Please request any refund as soon as the order is received. - Please note that if you use Rakuten Points, Rakuten Pay will automatically deduct the remaining balance. - If the number of Rakuten Points or Rakuten Cash you have is less than the spending limit, the difference will be paid by credit card. - You cannot check the number of Rakuten Points used, balance, or points earned on the Uber Eats App. Please check Rakuten Web FAQ or Rakuten Support.
