Payment Arrears on an order

For the cancellation after the order has been accepted by the restaurant, the account will be charged a payment arrears for cash orders.

How to pay for the payment arrears:

1. Open the Uber Eats App.
2. Before confirming the order, a message will appear in the App asking you to select a payment method.
3. Please follow the instructions on the screen to register your credit or debit card in advance and pay the arrears amount.

If the payment is already completed but the account still payment arrears, please contact us using the link below.
