My order is taking longer than expected

When you're adding items to your cart and placing an order, your app displays a time estimate for each merchant. This estimates how long you should expect to wait for food from this merchant to be delivered to your address. The estimate includes time for food preparation, pickup, and delivery to you.

Merchants and delivery partners do their best to deliver food within the estimated delivery time. Please note that actual delivery time may fluctuate. Contributing factors include how busy the merchant is, the size of your order (it may take longer to prepare a larger order), traffic conditions, and other external factors.

If your order is on the way, you could contact your delivery partner directly to inquire on the status of the order.
