Cancel my order

The Uber Eats app will let you cancel an order up until your delivery partner is dispatched to the restaurant.

Due to developments related to COVID-19 we are unable to process cancellations through support at this time.

NOTE: We can only guarantee a refund if you cancel before the restaurant has accepted your order.

To cancel an order yourself:
1. Tap the receipt icon found on the bottom menu bar
2. Tap "CANCEL ORDER" at the bottom of the order tracking screen
3. Confirm the request by tapping "CANCEL ORDER" again in the confirmation screen

If your issue is regarding an already delivered order, or it relates to your account or payment options, please write in through the appropriate help center page and we'll be able to get back to you faster!
