Cancel my order

The app will let you cancel an order up until your delivery person is dispatched to the merchant.

We can only guarantee a refund if you cancel before the merchant has accepted your order.

To cancel an order in the app yourself:

  1. Navigate to your live order and tap “Help” in the upper right area of your screen
  2. Tap “Cancel Order”
  3. Confirm the request by tapping “Cancel Order” again in the confirmation screen

To update an incorrect delivery address or cancel your order because of an incorrect delivery address, follow the steps in the “Change my delivery address” article.
