Cancel my order

We can only guarantee a refund if you cancel before the store has accepted your order.

To cancel an order in the app yourself:

1. Navigate to your order and select Help in the upper-right area of your screen
2. Select Cancel Order
3. Confirm the request by selecting Cancel Order again in the confirmation screen

To update an incorrect delivery address or cancel your order because of an incorrect delivery address, follow the steps in the “Change my delivery address” article.
