If the delivery address on your order is incorrect, you may be able to update the address in-app if the delivery person hasn’t picked it up yet.
- On the order progress screen, tap Help then Change my address.
- Add your new address and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Your delivery fee will adjust based on the new distance requested.
If your order has already been picked up, contact your delivery person directly and let them know about the address change.
Your delivery person can decide whether to deliver the order to the correct address. They’ll be paid for the additional travel distance.
To contact the delivery person:
- On the order progress screen, tap Send Message to message the delivery person, or tap the Phone icon to call.
- If speaking with the delivery person, be sure to give them clear instructions.
- Keep your phone close by and with the sound on to avoid more delivery delays.
