How to activate the cash payment method?

1. On your Uber Eats App, go to the “Account” section and then to “Payment” or “Wallet” option.
2. Tap on "Add payment method".
3. Select the "Cash" option.

In case this option is not visible, we recommend the following:

1. Close the Uber Eats App.
2. Update to the latest version of the app.
3. Restart your mobile device.
4. Log in again.

We have 2 options for you to start with cash orders:

Insert your CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry identification)

Insert a debit or credit card in the “Wallet” section. Remember, this is a process to confirm your identity, so you don’t need to use any card as a payment method.
