Your order may be canceled by either the restaurant or the delivery partner. In the event of a cancellation, you can try ordering from the same restaurant again in a few minutes or ordering from another restaurant.
WHY RESTAURANTS MAY CANCEL ORDERS
A restaurant may cancel an order because they've run out of an item or they're experiencing a large volume of orders.
If a restaurant runs out of an item, you may receive a notification giving you 10 minutes to update your order before it's automatically canceled.
You will not be charged if the restaurant cancels your order.
WHY DELIVERY PARTNERS MAY CANCEL ORDERS
It's possible your delivery partner might cancel the delivery if they're unable to find or reach you. When arriving at your delivery address, they're prompted to contact you so it's a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you're expecting food to arrive.
If a delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.
