Troubleshooting application problems

If a screen error occurs during an order operation and you are unable to proceed, the application may be temporarily faulty.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Delete the app and reinstall it
  • Update to the latest version of the app or device OS
  • Turn on the phone’s data transmission
  • Turn off Airplane mode
