If you never received your order but were charged for it, let us know here.

We’ll review what happened and make any necessary adjustments.

Note:

  • If you selected the delivery option “Leave at door”, please check your door to make sure your order has not already arrived.

  • If a delivery person made a reasonable effort to contact you when arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.

In addition, if the order includes household appliances, the delivery partner will wait according to the regulations, and if the order cannot be contacted or met, the product may be taken back to the store.

  • Please provide your delivery address as much detail as possible so that our delivery partner can deliver your order smoothly.

  • Please turn on the App’s notification and add an available phone number to your account so that our delivery partner can contact you via message or call when they arrive.
