Estimated time of delivery

  • This is the delivery time for your order estimated according to the status of order progress.
  • Please consider this only as an estimate with the restaurant/delivery partner’s status on the app.
  • This estimate may be adjusted during your order due to external factors.

Latest arrival by

  • This is the latest estimated delivery time for your order.
  • This is confirmed when your order is received.

These 2 delivery estimates are predicted based on the past data. The estimated time of arrival is not guaranteed. Please note that how busy restaurants/merchants are, traffic and weather can lead to delays sometimes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation policies and fees vary depending on the order status.
  • If there are costs that could have been avoided by the restaurant/merchant partner and Uber as a result of the cancellation, a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the voluntary refund will be available on the screen after the cancellation.

Cancellation before the order is accepted:

  • If you cancel before the restaurant accepts your order, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation after the order is accepted 〜 before the delivery partner picks up the order:

  • As a general rule, if an order is canceled before the delivery partner picks up the order,, the full amount of the order will be charged as a cancellation fee. (delivery fees are not included)

Cancellation after the delivery partner picks up the order:

  • As a general rule, no refund will be made if the order is canceled after the delivery partner has picked up the order but before you receive the order.
