Check the status of my order

To check the status of your order:

  1. From your list of orders, tap “Track Order” to view the status of your order.
  2. It will either be waiting for the store to confirm they’ve received your order, in the process of being prepared, or with a delivery person.

If you need help with an order, call the store directly through the app. Stores can contact their delivery people on your behalf.

Here’s how to contact the store:

  1. Access the order progress screen.
  2. Swipe up to see a section called “Contact merchant.”
  3. Tap the phone icon.
