Contact the Delivery Partner

You’ll be able to contact the delivery person once they’ve picked up your order.

After your order has been picked up, follow these steps:

1. Tap the phone that appears on the order status screen.
2. Choose between either calling or messaging the delivery person.

Note: Delivery people need to stay safe and obey the rules of the road. They can’t answer your phone call when in traffic.
