My order never arrived

If you didn’t receive your order and it’s been marked complete by the delivery person in the app, contact your delivery person directly by tapping Help on the order screen or Get Help on the home screen, then follow the on-screen prompts.

You can also call your local Uber Eats support phone line for help.

If your order is NOT marked complete in the app, contact your delivery person by following these steps:

  1. Tap “Contact” in the map on the order tracking screen.
  2. Choose between a call or SMS text message.
