You can review the different stages in which your order is and have an Estimated Delivery Time. When the Restaurant places your order under the status of “Ready for Pick Up”, you must present yourself at their address and share the order number, thus facilitating the delivery of the order.

The order identification number is located at the top of the tracking screen, below the initials of your first and last name, as well as on the receipt.
Only digital payment methods can be used for this type of order. To simplify the shopping experience, you can use those that are already registered in the application.
