WHAT IS PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY? - Uber uses Nimble for prescription management. - Using your Uber Eats app, you can access Nimble’s services to connect with pharmacies to order and fill prescriptions. - Nimble uses its network of local pharmacies to fill prescriptions for customers and customers have the option to request on demand, same day deliveries right to your door, powered by Uber. - Prescription delivery is not available in all areas; subject further to availability of Nimble pharmacies licensed in your area. - Please see Nimble’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this article for further details. HOW DO I USE PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY? - Tap on “Prescription” on the Uber Eats homepage. It will open a step by step guide to request prescription delivery.

HOW DO I GET NEW PRESCRIPTIONS DELIVERED? - Uber uses Nimble for prescription management services. Using your Uber Eats app, you can access Nimble’s services to connect with pharmacies to order and fill prescriptions. - If you do not have a Nimble account, you can create one through the Uber Eats app by tapping on “Prescription” and following the step by step instructions from there. - You can tell your doctor to send your prescriptions to “Uber Powered by Right Choice Pharmacy.” Once the prescription is sent, Nimble will try to connect you to a nearby pharmacy. - Prescription delivery is not available in all areas; subject further to availability of Nimble pharmacies licensed in your area. - Please see Nimble’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this article for further details. CAN I GET ANY MEDICATION DELIVERED? - Many routine non-controlled prescriptions such as antibiotics, birth control, and hypertension medications can be delivered. - However, controlled substances such as products containing hydrocodone or oxycodone, fentanyl, codeine and any other drugs on the DEA schedules, and prescriptions covered under Medicare Part B, cannot currently be delivered.

HOW CAN I GET MY PRESCRIPTION? - Prescription delivery does not require you to be present to accept the delivery. However, we recommend you are ready to rapidly retrieve your delivery. - In-store pick-up is not available at this time for orders placed with Nimble via the Uber Eats app.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY DATA? - Using your Uber Eats app, you can access Nimble’s services to connect with pharmacies to order and fill prescriptions. - To link your Uber and Nimble accounts, Uber sends your profile information to Nimble for verification. - Your prescription information is handled with your Nimble account, subject to Nimble’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions (see the links at the bottom of this article). Nimble is responsible for their products and/or services. - Uber only receives your delivery information to help facilitate requests for on-demand, same day prescription delivery requests.
