Requesting a refund for a vaccine ride donation

Uber has partnered with PayPal Giving Fund to facilitate donations to the Vaccine Access Fund.

Refunds for donations made to the Vaccine Access Fund are granted only in exceptional circumstances. Please review the PayPal Giving Fund Donation Refund Policy to learn more about refund eligibility.

To assist with your request, please be ready to provide support with:

• Your transaction ID, which can be found on the tax receipt email sent to you by PayPal Giving Fund
• Date of donation
• Donation amount
• Reason for refund

If eligible, your refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
