Change items in my order

If your order is being picked by a delivery person, you can make changes to your order as long as an item hasn’t been marked as found yet and the order is not completed.

Adding an item

  • On your active orders page click Add Items. This allows you to add new items to your order from the merchant’s catalog
  • Click View cart to see the updates you’ve made
  • To confirm the changes you’ve made, click Update order

Editing item preferences

  • Select the item you want to update
  • Click Item preferences to update your replacement preferences
  • Choose from one of the backup instructions
  • To confirm the changes you’ve made, click Update order

Editing special notes

  • Select the item you want to update
  • Click the Add note text box to enter any notes for your shopper
  • Select Update order to confirm your changes

Removing an item

  • Visit your active orders page
  • Click on the Edit items pill to see the items listed in your order
  • Select the item you want to remove and change the quantity to 1
  • Select the item to remove it from your cart
