Custom Items

To order a custom item:

1. Tap the three dots on top of the screen.
2. Tap Add a special request.
3. Enter the following information:
   • Item description
   • Quantity or amount
   • Aisle or category (e.g. deli, produce, frozen, household, flowers) (optional)
   • Picture of item (optional)

The shopper will use this information when picking up the item.

Remember you can only order a custom item before you check out. You will not be able to add a custom item if:

• It’s a restricted item
• The minimum cart size is not met
