Return policy is ONLY applicable to grocery orders.
If the items you ordered are NOT fresh, easy to spoil, and personal hygiene products, you can return them within 7 days. If the items are fresh, easy to spoil, and personal hygiene products, you cannot return them after purchase.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period from the next day. But the appreciation period is not a trial period.
Before you are still not sure whether to return the items, please do not open them. Once you open them, you will not be entitled to the 7-day appreciation period and cannot return the items according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
To process returns, please follow the rules below:
優市 Return Policy: Please check the store operating hours before your visit.
Carrefour Return Policy: Please ensure to bring the invoice(item list) provided while the order delivered. The return process may not continue without the requested document.
Watson and Test Rite Return Policy: The return policy is required to refund the ENTIRE order. If you would like to keep a specific item, you may purchase it again in store.
Please ensure to bring the item receipt provided while the order delivered, and all order listed items (must be in original packing and new condition). The return process may not continue without the requested document/order items.
The original order store reserves the right to make the final judgment on the condition of the returned item and the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We will return the item by Uber credit on Cash order.
The “Uber Eats 外送退貨證明單 - 顧客聯” is required for grocery item return application.
